TERMS AND CONDITIONSCommissions are for non-commercial use only. My art cannot be sold for monetary gain. If you're interested in commissioning art for commercial use, please discuss it with me.- You can ask by quote in any of my social media, its available always.- May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.- May print your commission for personal use.TURNAROUNDThe turnaround is about to three days to two weeks depends if is more commissions infront of you. If i have a delay, i'll contact you to accord the new delivery date. If you need it for a specific day, please say it.- You can ask for update only once a day. Particularly i send the most frequently possible update i can.UPDATES
The updates will be:- Sketch (Here i can do heavy modifications)
- Lineart (Here i can do light modifications)
- Base color with some details. (Here i can do modifications only in color)I work the most part of the day, so my updates will be in the nights to late nights and weekends.PAYMENTS METHODS & REFUNDS- If you are from Mexico, the pay can be made it by wire transfer (Transferencia bancaria) or effective deposit in Oxxo (I recommend you the wire transfer) using peso mexicano (MXN)- If you are from another country, the pay can be made it by Paypal Invoice, Payment is requested after I have started work on your commission. Invoice must be paid in full before your commission is sent to you.-For another payments methods, contact me first in some of my social media.REFUNDSRefunds are not available. Orders can only be cancelled prior to payment.RECONMMENDATIONSYes, i can do and create from a description the character, but i will need the more specific you can be, that included:
- A detailed descripcion of your idea.
- Images from example (only will be use for examples, i will no copy the design and the style)I reserve the right not to do any work if it makes me uncomfortable or if the client has poor recommendations/status in the community.I talk Spanish, so you can write me in that language without problem! i also know something of English so we can be communicated without problem!
